Traditional in the year 2016 renovated Portuguese house for renting in Tavira !

The house in Portugal is located about 25km from the Algarve capital Faro to the east This sympathetic house is located in the historical area.

In the ground floor of the house, there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen and new shower / toilet. Total area approx. 50m2.

From kitchen with spiral staircase to the upper level, where open 'room' with two beds for 'in summer' relaxing, the home care room and outdoor terrace, where traditional solid charcoal grill. Back side of the terrace separate WC & wash basin space.

The house is equipped with Air heat pump, TV (Portuguese and satellite channels), radio and all rooms are fully furnished, House is most suitable for 1-2 adults living. It is also possible to rent a max. for 4 people if the double bed arrangement is suitable for renters.

Kitchen amenities include a complete dinnerware, gas stove, electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. In the kitchen there is the table suitable for 2 people well; bigger dining table in living room.

The house is located about 250 meters from the Rio Gilao, a river through the city of Tavira. And distance to the pedestrian bridge from Rome time. At the same distance there are dozens

food restaurants and cafes. To the isle of Tavira is a boat- transport link from the center of City during summer time and from Quatro Aqua every day.

In the Rio Formosa Nature Reserve, there are several restaurants on the island and there is enough sandy beaches, ie 7-8km.

We are the honest landlord, and therefore we have also obtained the Portuguese rental license (AL). We also live in Tavira 4-5 months a year.

Price list :

For 1-2 people:

1.4. -31.5. and 1.9. - 31.10. > 350e / w. Additional charge 100e / week / adult and 50e / week / child up to 15 years.

1.6. -31.8. > 500e / w. Additional charge 100e / week / adult and 50e / week / child up to 15 years.

Weekly rates include the cleaning before and after the rental period. + running costs (electricity, water, gas) + two sets of linens and towels per person

1.11. - 31.3. 500e / month. Additional charge 50e / week / adult or child

- Monthly based rates include two linens and towels per person and final cleaning. The linens can be washed either by yourself or in a nearby laundry room.

- The price does not include final cleaning; the final cleaning can be ordered separately (50e). Cleaning during the rental period is possible to order as well 50e per the cleaning.

- The price does not include running costs (electricity, water, gas) which to be paid separately according to consumption in the periods of 4-6 weeks.
